At Marquee Insurance Group (MIG), we are always looking for ways to enhance the level of service and convenience we provide to our clients. As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our operations and focus on delivering the best possible support during business hours: Effective Friday, February 7, 2025, MIG will no longer be offering weekend services.

This adjustment will help us optimize our resources to ensure that we are available to assist you more effectively during our standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. We are committed to providing the highest level of support during these hours and will continue to be responsive to your needs .

Access 24/7 Through our MIG Client Portal

We understand that your needs don’t always align with out office hours, which is why we are excited to remind you that the MIG Client Portal is available 24/7. This allows you to quickly access Certificates of Insurance (COIs), submit claims, and manage your account anytime, anywhere.

If you are not yet signed up for the Client Portal, don’t worry! Simply email PolicyChange@MarqueeIG.com, and we will be happy to assist you in setting up your account so you can start enjoying the convenience right away.

Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to:

  • Access your COIs at anytime and send them directly to brokers via email from the MIG system— ensuring no delays in obtaining loads.
  • Use our Monthly Payment Portal to make payments at your convenience. You can also access your full policy documents if you have questions about where to report claims.
  • File a claim through the Claims Assistance section on the portal, where you can also find helpful resources.

Reporting of a claim does not confirm the claim has been received by your insurance provider(s). Claims reported to Marquee Insurance Group after business hours will be filed on the following business day. A claim cannot be assumed to be filed without confirmation from by an authorized representative of Marquee Insurance Group.

COI Directly to Brokers- No Delays

A great feature of the MIG Client Portal is that when you send a COI through the portal, it will come directly from the Marquee email address, ensuring that brokers receive the document without delays. You can easily enter the broker’s contact information on the portal, and the COI will be sent directly to them, streamlining your process and keeping your business moving.

Claims Reporting Reminder

We’d like to take this opportunity to emphasize the importance of timely claims reporting. All liability claims must be reported immediately, regardless of how minor they may seem. Failure to report claims in a timely manner can result in denial of coverage and/or potential non-renewal of your policy. For claims of a serious nature, contact your provider immediately. Instructions to report a claim directly can be found in your Welcome Packet and formal policy documents

To ensure proper claims handling, please refer to your Welcome Packet for instructions on how to file a claim. You can also access the Claims Assistance tab on our website to find direct links to your providers. If your providers is not listed, simply fill out the online claim form at this link: File a Claim Form, and we will reach out to you the next business day.

In the case of catastrophic, environmental, or serious injury claims, it is crucial to contact your provider directly to ensure the liability portion is filed promptly. Make sure the AL direct claims number provided by each driver are saved in the driver phones or at least included in accessible documents kept in the trucks.

Please note: Some clients may have more than one provider, so be sure to check your Welcome Packet, sent when your policy was bound, to confirm all necessary claim contacts.

MIG is not responsible for any failure to report claims in a timely manner, and we encourage all clients to be diligent in following the correct procedures to avoid complications.
