Get a certificate of insurance
Four ways to get a COI. The fastest is to pull it yourself, any time of day, from whichever portal holds your policy — or send our team the details and we’ll handle it during business hours.

Have our team send it
Anyone
Send us the certificate holder’s name, address, and where the COI should go — by form or email — and we’ll issue it and send it out.
- Fill in the request form below or email COI@marqueeig.com.
- Include the holder’s exact name and mailing address, plus their email or fax.
- We’ll send the certificate to the holder and copy you.
Adding an Additional Insured or Loss Payee is a policy endorsement, not a certificate — those requests go through Policy Change Requests so the carrier can update your policy first. Requests are worked Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM ET; anything sent after hours is picked up the next business day.

If your policy is serviced by the Great West Service Center, certificates are issued directly in Great West’s portal. Log in any time to create, download, or email a COI.

Progressive policyholders can pull a certificate directly from the Progressive account portal any time — log in, choose your policy, and print or email the COI.
Login help for the Progressive portal comes from Progressive. Our team is still happy to send a COI for you under Option 2.
Ask our team for a certificate
Give us the certificate holder’s details and we’ll issue the COI and send it where it needs to go. Include any contract wording the holder is asking for so we can check it against your policy.
Requests are worked Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM ET. Need one right now? Options 1, 3, and 4 are available 24/7.
A few things that speed up a certificate
Have the holder's details ready
Exact legal name and mailing address of the certificate holder, plus the email or fax it should go to. Most delays are a missing address.
Additional Insured or Loss Payee? That's an endorsement
The carrier has to add them to your policy before they can appear on a certificate. Submit those through Policy Change Requests first — then the COI is quick.
Not sure which option is yours?
Your carrier’s name is on your ID cards and declarations page. If you’re still unsure, use Option 2 or give us a call and we’ll point you to the right place.
Stuck on a certificate?
Call or email and we’ll help you sort it out — Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM ET.
