COMMERCIAL AUTO LIABILITY

Primary Auto Liability will cover injuries to other drivers and vehicles. It will also cover damage to public property that is caused by an accident. It is required by state and federal agencies at a minimum of $750,000 combined single limit. We recommend higher limits as most brokers will require that you carry at least $1,000,000 in coverage. Hazmat or other specialized operations may require higher limits.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE

This insurance is coverage for your truck and trailer. This coverage is broken down into Comprehensive and Collision insurance. Comprehensive coverage provides protection against damage by something other than a collision with a vehicle or object, or if your vehicle is stolen. Collision coverage provides protection if the vehicle is damaged in an accident.

MOTOR TRUCK CARGO

Motor Truck Cargo insurance protects the transporter for his or her responsibility in the event of damaged or lost freight. This coverage is tailored to meet the needs of your specific operation and the commodities that you typically haul. Most brokers will require that you carry at least $100,000 in coverage. Higher limits may be required for specialized operations.

GENERAL LIABILITY

Provides protection for injuries or property damage caused by business activities not directly related to operating the truck. The following is included in this policy.

- Personal Injury and Advertising Injury Liability
- Medical Payments
- Products/Completed Operations
- Damage to Premises Rented to You
